Spa Club Membership 

Spa Club is a unique membership that rewards cats with the regular grooming required to keep them clean and healthy while awarding cat parents with a 20% discount.

The membership fee is a $60 annual fee. There is no contract nor cancellation fee, and this fee is non-refundable.

Spa club is simply a commitment to make and keep regular appointments of 8 weeks or less, depending on your cat's breed and coat recommendation. The adherence to this schedule keeps cats familiar with the process and our groomers, prevents coats from building excess grease, fur, and saliva, and makes grooms easier, quicker, and faster for both cats and groomers.

Terms - Effective 1/6/2022

Please check that you understand the terms below and sign at the bottom to become a Spa Club member and receive 20% off:

  1. Your cat's membership fee will be charged at the completion of the first appointment.
  2. Your cat's first appointment will be charged at the member rate for that service which is a standard 20% discount.
  3. Your cat will be guaranteed minimum 6 appointments per year at intervals of 8 weeks or less depending on your cat's skin and coat characteristics.
  4. Not all cats and cat coats are the same. A frequency recommendation will be made to you based on your cat's breed & coat characteristics. (The goal of Spa Club is to prevent hairballs, matting, shedding, and allergies BEFORE they occur. Often, pure bred and long-haired cats need maintenance more frequently than every 8 weeks, though every cat is different).
  5. Appointments should be kept to ensure the cleanest & healthiest skin and coat possible. Appointments must be rescheduled on the day of the appointment reminder (4 days ahead) otherwise a $15 reschedule fee will apply. If your cat falls off schedule and doesn't return for a such a period of time that mats have formed or behavior has worsened, matting and handling fees could be applied. There is no discount on matting fees or handling fees for aggressive cats.
  6. We strongly encourage booking your next appointment at each appointment, to ensure availability. Spa Club members do receive priority booking, however, advance booking is greatly appreciated.
  7. While we make a frequency recommendation based on the individual cat, your cat's membership is good for 1 year. You may book additional services as frequently as needed, at the discounted rate, whether just for nail trims or other, and will receive as much priority availability as possible.
  8. As long as you adhere to the recommendation made by Happy Cat groomers, (generally 8 weeks or less) any mats that do occur between appointments will be removed at no additional charge. Happy Cat groomers will adjust recommendations based on your cats' individual coat needs to prevent matting between grooms.
  9. Special handling fees for aggressive cats are applicable in all cases, with or without membership.
  10. Terms subject to change. You will be informed of any changes.

By initialing here, you acknowledge you have read and understand the above terms, and are consenting to the use of your electronic signature in lieu of an original signature on paper.You have the right to request that you sign a paper copy instead. By signing here, you are waiving that right. After consent, you may, upon written request to us, obtain a paper copy of an electronic record. No fee will be charged for such copy and no special hardware or software is required to view it. Your agreement to use an electronic signature with us for any documents will continue until such time as you notify us in writing that you no longer wish to use an electronic signature. There is no penalty for withdrawing your consent. You should always make sure that we have a current email address in order to contact you regarding any changes, if necessary.
